Construction Work

At the moment the infra-structure works have been finalised and all plots have been marked out.

Construction work is already under way on villas 14, 13 and 12 which have been sold or reserved.

Build time is approximately 10 months from the moment a reservation is received.

We decided to start the construction of the villas only after receiving client reservations, as there are so many options for personalising each house, ranging from the innovatively-designed swimming pool, intelligent home system with varying levels of automation and choice of finishes with high-quality materials.
